Those wheels are a definite no go anywhere the temp goes below 32 degrees. The smallest of potholes would blow that tire right up and ruin that rim. Also at night when temps plummet air escapes tires and when there is no sidewall it basically flattens the tire and even tiny bumps will bend the rim. To have a car with wheels like that you’d have to have an air compressor in your garage (also no compact air compressors work on those tires if you try all you do is flatten the tire even more).

Requiring pushes instead of touches on the touchscreen is actually exactly what I want. The thing I've hated most about touchscreens taking over all the functionality in a car is that you have to hover your hand over the screen while you're finding the control, and then your hand is bouncing around as the car bounces. This solves that! Now, you still can't feel around for the controls like with physical buttons, but it's a step in the right direction.
