I think Doug got paid from GM! Tesla's CyberTruck price much lower and truck itself much better!!! Battery range in hummer just 540Km when cyber truck's battery range is 1000km!!! Tesla cyber truck comes out in 2021, Hummer maybe in 2022 maybe not.

I haven’t seen a product yet that I didn’t want to change something immediately but this one has me stumped. Maybe I’m their target demographic... I guess the middle dash screen feels a little obtrusive to me but I do like the big screen concept. Just hoping you can see over this screen. Maybe you have so many cameras on the outside and it drives itself so you don’t need to see over it...😀 that might be it...

sorry not for me.. i have a H2 , a 2500 subruban 4x4 and a 87 K5 blazer... ill never accept a EV car or truck... nothing beats ICE .. and for 100K nope even if i had the $$$ id never spend a penny for a EV of any kind Man made global warming is a lie... hell i dont even like newer ICE trucks too many computers.. last good ones were made in the 80s... i dont even own a smart phone, no smart devices in my home either... Keep it simple , less tech the better...

My assumption is that GM is simply trying to make a “Halo” electric vehicle to drum up excitement for their other models. It is amazing and definitely a worth competitor for Tesla, Rivian....but it is likely the most ridiculous example of over=engineered off-road capability . The idea that someone would take this $100,000+ monstrosity off-roading on some remote, wooded trails is insane. They could be used on the beach or perhaps for a romp in the desert, but let us face it, this will be found shuttling celebrities and rich “environmentalists” more than off-road enthusiasts.
