I think this is a great idea. Sell an amazing sports car for under $60k. Get a new generation of buyers through the door. For years now Europe has been kicking out ass in sports car production. Those European companies have a lineage they have family after family coming back in and generation and generations coming back in to buy the next line of vehicles it’s not like that with American sports cars and who can blame them our sports cars haven’t really been the most kick ass on the market but the C8 may change that. If an American sports car for under 60k can stand up against a 150 K European sports car. Then will finally see an American sports car turning heads

Explain this to me. why is it when cars have engines at the front, there tends to be ample boot space at the back. And yet when the engine is placed mid / at the black, the boot at the front somehow could just about fit a toddler in. Why?

Finally the Vette can at least try to compete with the best that the European sports cars can offer. Although the refinement and the interior design are not at the same level as Porsche or BMW or Merc, the price is also not on the same level. But what's more important is the fact that the Corvette can corner with the best of them, keep the pace and even outrun some of the much more expensive and famous cars. Finally, an American car that can corner fast. What's next, trumpists believing in facts? Where is this world going to???

Unrealistic price, irritating voice, unattractive red, liked earlier models better. This year styling got too busy & price too high. You could buy several low mileage older models that screamed for the price of this one. Granted it looks different and everyone will know you got a big bucks new one but 20 years ago they were doing 175 mph and looked better.

I really enjoy your enthusiastic reviews however I have to admit a little disappointment in the fact that you didn't stretch the C8's legs at least a little during the test drive. Never got to hear the exhaust scream at all. I suspect that you were influenced by the manufacturer. When I first heard the C8 would be mid-engine, I was hugely disappointed. Then no manual transmission.... what the hell is GM thinking? But the more I hear about this car the more imperessed I become.
